Dennis L. Urenda

Dennis Lee Urenda was born June 3rd 1959 in Pueblo Colorado to Paul and Dolores Urenda. He passed away unexpectedly February 7th 2019 at Parkview Medical Center. Dennis is preceded in death by his mother Dolores Urenda, brother-in-law Mike Carr, sister-in-law Susan, and nephew Jason Mark Ortiz.

He is survived by his father Paul H. Urenda, siblings Paul A. (Donna) Urenda, Brenda (Marty) Ortiz, Dan (Jackie) Urenda, Cheryl Carr and Michelle Urenda. Nieces and nephews Stephanie Martinez, Justin (Amanda) Cesar, Garrett (Carmen) Ortiz, Marty Ortiz Jr, Sheryl Ortiz, Aaron Ortiz, Mike Carr, Brad Carr, Anthony Pacheco, Sean (Kayla) Urenda, Andrew Carr. Great nieces and nephews Travis and Taylor Carr, Isabella and Nikolas Martinez, Rylan Cesar, Andres and Michael Pacheco, Zach and Colt Urenda.

Dennis was a gentle giant who made coversation with everyone that he came in contact with. He was an avid sports fan especially of the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Rockies. He loved all music and loved to play it for everyone.

Cremation has already taken place. Memorial service is Thursday Feb 14th 2019 at 11:00 am at Holy Family Church, 2827 Lakeview Ave. Pueblo. Reception immediately following the service at Steel City Eagles, 704 Elmhurst Place, Pueblo.

For those of you that plan on attending, if you can, the family requests that you wear Denver Broncos attire in honor of our brother. Family will receive friends at 22 Wheatridge Drive Pueblo.
