Dominic Joseph Filangi “DJ” was born to Dominic and Jackie Filangi of Pueblo. DJ was 49 years old when he passed away April 25th, 2016. He was a graduate of Pueblo Central and PCC with a Diesel Mechanics degree. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, rancher and outdoorsman. He attended the Shrine of St. Therese. Survived by his parents; sisters, Deanna (Rob) Higgins; Rosellan (Joe) Arrigo; and aunts, Alfie and Donna; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. DJ was a loyal friend, brother, and son with a good sense of humor in the worst of times. He was strong-willed and stoic in facing his life challenges. Memorial Mass, 10 a.m., Friday, May 6, 2016, at Shrine of St. Therese; reception to follow in St. Joseph’s Room.
