Doris Faye Hinderliter of Pueblo, Colorado, passed away July 7, 2020. She was born in Dent County, Missouri on January 3, 1944 to Wayne and Delma (Hodges) Derryberry, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by Allen Hinderliter, loving husband of 54 years.
She is survived by daughters Rhonda Murphy of Clarksville, Tennessee, Regina (Chris) Tarrow of Pueblo, and Debbie Babich of Pueblo; grandchildren Kyle (Casey) Murphy, Derek (Michelle) Perri, Danielle (Chad) Head, Leandra (Andrew) Perri, and Katie Babich; great grandchildren Delilah, Drew, Sawyer, Ellie Homer, and Loddie Sue; by sisters Dollie (Jack) Robey and Della (Richard) Baumgartner, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Doris worked various jobs, as well as being a homemaker, but was most proud of earning her nurses aide certification in 1992. Afterward, she worked at assisted living and home health care.
Doris was a dedicated mother and grandmother, who loved caring for people, especially her family for whom she devoted her entire life. She took pride in keeping an immaculate house and yard. She enjoyed taking trips to Cripple Creek.
