Dorothy Ann Florence Hastings, 79, went home to be with the Lord on October 20, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph; her parents and her brother. She was born to Almey and Dorothy Johnston on October 31, 1933. She is survived by her children, Donna (John) Heil, Donald (Michelle) Hastings, Karen (Roderick) Rieman, Dawn (Philip) Quirk; grandchildren, Shannon, Amanda, LeAnn, Mathew, Denise, Jeremiah, Kevin, Justina, Natasha, Neisha and Noah; and her sister, June. Dorothy graduated from Englewood High School in 1953. She lived in the Florence and Cotopaxi areas since 1989. She enjoyed sewing and crocheting; and was a member of First Christian Church in Canon City. Memorial Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Parkhill Baptist Church in Pueblo.
