He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce; granddaughter, Jennifer Florence; parents, Walbert and Alberta Wyant; and four brothers.
He is survived by daughters, Michelle Wyant & Terri Lujan; grandson, Blane A. Lujan (Heather Thompson) and Akeem Florence & Family; sister, Diane (Jerry) VanLue. Also survived by nephews, nieces, many other relatives & constant companion Precious, who never left his side.
Duane retired from Comanche Power Plant and volunteered for many years for the Meals on Wheels program.
The family would like to thank "Our Angels" Diantha, Tonyana, & Sangre De Cristo Hospice for the love and care they gave to all of us.
Viewing will be at 11:30 AM, followed by a service at 1 PM on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Both held at Imperial Funeral Home.
