- Eileen was the kind of person you felt lucky to have known. -
She was truly a diamond in the rough, rare, genuine, and unforgettable. To those closest to her, she was so much more than words can fully capture.
She was a phenomenal mother, a devoted friend, and someone you could always count on. Her life was marked by selflessness. She gave endlessly to her children, her family, and everyone she loved. She made sacrifices without hesitation, always putting others before herself, and did so with a heart full of love.
Eileen was beautiful inside and out, with a pure heart and the best of intentions in everything she did. The love she gave was deep, steady, and whole. Being in her presence felt like home. She had a way of making people feel safe, cared for, and truly seen.
Her faith in Christ was unwavering. Through every hardship she faced, she remained steadfast, holding onto her faith with strength and grace. It was her deepest wish that her family and friends would continue to walk in that same faith, serving Christ, loving one another, and remaining steadfast in God’s plan.
Eileen’s greatest pride and deepest love was her family. She is survived by her children, Isaiah, Elijah, Timothy, and Bella, who were the center of her world, and her husband, Terry Sandoval Jr. She is also survived by her mother, Irene Trujillo, and was preceded in death by her father, Toby Quintana, who now rests alongside her. She is lovingly remembered by her siblings, Pete Quintana, Erick Quintana, Andrew Quintana, Rhonda Quintana, and Ryan Quintana, as well as her in-laws, Pearl Sandoval and Terry Sandoval Sr., who stood by her with unwavering support and care.
Her love extended far beyond titles. She shared a special bond with her nieces and nephews, Toby Quintana, Anthony Quintana, Nikita Valdez, and Alie Valdez, remaining a constant and loving presence in their lives as they grew up. Nikita and her daughter Alie both saw Eileen as a second mother, and Eileen loved and cared for each of them deeply as if they were her own children. Though she did not yet have grandchildren, it was one of her greatest wishes to be here to meet them. No matter how complicated life could be, Eileen showed up with an open heart, always giving more than she had and making sure everyone around her was cared for. Even in her final days, she longed to help and give to others. She was truly selfless, an angel on earth and now an angel in heaven.
She was incredibly strong, stronger than words can express, and her strength continues to inspire those who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and selflessness that will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed enough to know her.
~She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.~
