Elsie Mae Emory, 96, passed away Dec. 10, 2015. Preceding her in death are her husband, Harley W. Emory, a daughter, Harlene Emory, her mother, father and brothers. She is survived by her children, Beverly (Harold) Heaston, Pueblo, Harley (Sharon) Emory Jr., Aptos, CA, Sheryl (Bobby) Beard, Cincinnati, OH, Carolyn (James) Majeske, Palmdale, CA, Joy (Ronald) Hawkins, Ft. Wayne, IN, Rodney Emory, Pueblo, and Terry (Thomas) Bremer, Lisbon, Portugal; 44 Grandchildren, 49 Great Grandchildren, and 14 Great-Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Emory moved to Pueblo from Marshall, Mo, in 1929. She was a member of Pueblo Christian Center and of Gideon’s International. The family will greet friends and relatives Thursday Dec. 17th from 6 – 8 PM at the Imperial Funeral Home. Funeral service, 10 AM, Friday at Pueblo Christian Center with Pastor Josh Richardson officiating. Interment, following immediately, Imperial Memorial Gardens. In lieu of food and flowers, contributions may be made to Eastern Europe Outreach or to Gideon’s International through the funeral home office or the church office.
