Emmle excelled in the culinary arts and was a talented baker and cook. Her greatest love was to share her talents during the holiday season where she most enjoyed giving her treats to family, friends and neighbors. She used her talents throughout her career in food service where she worked in nursing homes and schools throughout the Pikes Peak Region. She enjoyed spending time hosting family events, holidays dinners and Sunday barbecues. Emmle enjoyed listening to music especially on Sunday mornings while cooking breakfast. As a mother, auntie and sister she was fiercely compassionate about her beliefs and protecting her loved ones. In addition to the love she shared with her family, also enjoyed her novellas, the hallmark channel, reality tv shows, putting together puzzles and solving crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her children, Rebekah Price and Jamey Price; Sister, Isabel (Edward) Pfeifer; nieces and nephews, Nikki (Donny) Ayers, Charles Mediano, Senovio Trujillo IV, Dessarey Pfeifer, Allen Pfeiffer, Russell Alcon, Leo Salas, Angel Alatorre, Senovio Trujillo V., Elisha Trujillo, Wendy (Moises) Cortez, Uriely (Vangie) Bugarin, Heather Hand, Alison Travis, Joseph Pelzel, Amy Moore, Chrissy Wells-Deckard, Colton Lee Wells, Angelo Ayers, Nicholas Ayers
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Ismael Bugarin; her daughter, Teriana Price; parents, Leo and Emma Salas; brothers, Angelo and Anthony Salas; and her sister, Maryann Salas.
Memorial Service and Inurnment for Emmle will be held at Imperial Funeral Home in Pueblo, Colorado on Saturday, July 9 at 2:00 PM. Reception to follow.
