Esequiel Garduno, Jr., 79, of Pueblo, Colorado passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, February 13, 2016. Esequiel was born May 16, 1936 in Las Vegas, New Mexico. He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Loretta Garduno; parents, Esequiel Garduno, Sr., and Flora Herrera; brother, Aniceto Garduno; nephew, Eddie Garduno and grandson, Jason Leasure. Survived by brother, Placido (Molly) Garduno; children, David (Teresa) Garduno, Richard (Pat) Garduno, Debbie (Lolo) Saiz, Esther (Rene) Gutierrez and Sarah Salazar whom he raised as his daughter; 7 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandsons. Also survived by numerous relatives, friends and dear friends, Daniel Diaz, Charlie Kinnard and Howard (Florence) Atchley. Junior worked as a molder for Fountain Foundry and retired after 30 years. He had a caring heart and enjoyed delivering Pueblo Chilies to friends and family. He loved fishing, hunting, camping and his dogs, Sikey and Casey. Junior’s true love and heart was with his family.
