Dear Barbara and family,

I am so sorry for your loss. The service for your mom was beautiful. I didn't get an opportunity to visit with you on this difficult day. However, I meant to bring wishes from Mark Oliva who is working out of town and Bobby Vigil, who is caregiver to his parents. Your mom was a wonderful and strong lady, and so much a part of our teen years and helping Jeff, Father Carlos, Bob, Mark, myself and so many others grow. She gave us so much love. I will always have fond memories of her and your family.

My momma , you made our life the best you could , we never wanted for anything ,you worked hard all your life helping grandma Irene with her family , then with your own . Taking care of Emmett, Always there for everyone . You lost your boys and I saw a light go out in your eyes , but you stood with me for 30 years after we lost them all . I thank God for having you as long as I did . The end got really hard for you and I knew it was time to let you go . You stood with me as long as you could . And I will forever love and miss you momma . Your with our family in heaven . Watch over me and help me get through these next few days .I hope I have at least half the strength you had to get through all you did .Till I see you again . God give me the strength 🙏🏼💔💙🦋😢

My beautiful cousin. I remember our trips to Pueblo to visit your families! The beautiful smiling faces. The hearty welcomes. The pop and candy from Aunt Mercedes! So many wonderful memories! We will meet again one day. RIP, cousin, Amen!
