Harold Jack Castro was born June 29, 1947 in Walsenburg, CO to parents Raymond and Ernestine Castro. He serviced in the U.S. Army and received the National Defense Vietnam Campaign and Vietnam Service Medals.
He retired from CDOT after many years and went on to enjoy retirement, and was a member of the Pueblo Fraternal Eagles #145.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Don, and sister Gloria.
Jack is survived by his family who he loved and cherished to include his loving wife Arlene (Soto) Castro, daughter Celena Jean, son in law Ozzy, son Jacob; grandchildren Zayd, Laila and Aryonna, and sisters Marie and Carol.
Services will be held Wednesday April 8,2026 at 1pm at Imperial Funeral Home.
