Isabel (Roybal) Sandoval, 92, passed away peacefully in her sleep August 16, 2023. Isabel was born on April 3, 1931 in Roy, New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her parents Antonio and Dolores Roybal, three sisters, two brothers, a daughter Barbara Sandoval and her beloved husband of sixty-six years Filadelfio ‘Phil’ Sandoval. She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter; Patricia (Fred) Lujan, and sons; Phillip Sandoval and Ernie Sandoval, four granddaughters and one great-granddaughter.
She was dedicated to her rosary and prayed it every day. She enjoyed camping, crocheting, spending evening’s outdoors and was a wonderful baker and cook. She loved to babysit her grandchildren and was very close to each one of them. Isabel was a very kind and loving person who always put the needs of others before her own. We were so very blessed to have her as a mother.
