Jane earned her GED and for many years, she dedicated herself to her family as a homemaker. She also worked as a flower store manager in Pueblo, Colorado, and Canon City, Colorado. Jane’s passions included her grandchildren, growing roses, and she treasured traveling to visit her children. Her faith also carried her far beyond home, as she traveled with the Catholic Church to religious sites throughout Europe.
She will be remembered first and foremost for her faith in God and Jesus Christ. She has a kind and generous soul. Her love of family was constant and enduring. Jane remained steadfast in her faith. Even while burdened with a stroke and living in a nursing home for the past 16 years. She has a love for the outdoors, the ocean, and smelling flowers.
Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Omer Allen, in 2004. She is survived by her sons, Omer C. Allen, Anthony Allen, and William Allen; 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
A Committal Service will be held at Imperial Memorial Gardens, 5450 Highway 78 West, Pueblo, CO 81005, on September 28, 2026, at 10:00 am.
