Jimmy D. Smith, 88, went to be with the Lord, June 27, 2014. He was born in Roswell, NM on October 14, 1925. He is survived by his beloved wife of 67years, Barbara; 3 children, Ron, Pueblo, Raynae (Jerry) Wilkerson, Pueblo and Brett (Zulema), Farmington, NM. Jimmy is also survived by 9 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Jimmy was a WWII Navy veteran, a lifetime member of the Elks Lodge and he attended the First Church of the Nazarene. Jimmy was a successful salesman at various businesses in Pueblo. Viewing will be at T.G. McCarthy Funeral Home, Wednesday, July 2, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the First Church of the Nazarene, 84 Stanford Ave. on Thursday, July 3, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens.
