Joanne Mary Cornelison

Joanne Mary Cornelison, 78, of Pueblo, passed away on Friday July 27, 2018. Joanne was preceded in death by her parents Russell and Bernice Burgess. She had a special place in her heart for the homeless and less fortunate, and as a lover of animals, she donated to the local animal shelters regularly. She loved her trips to Cripple Creek and summers in Salida, yet most of all she loved her family. She especially loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Delvin; daughters Jerra (Bob) Harr, Gina (Joe) Pantaleo, Sherry Braddy, Terri (Lenny) Sandoval; grandchildren Chris (Kendra)Mora, Shannon (Kendall)Yoder, Michelle Mora, Ryan (Colby)Harr, Katie (Chrystian)Pantaleo, Morgan Pantaleo, Dominick (Kira) Molina, Jonathan (Bonnie) Cassidy, Natalie Molina, and Ahlia Sandoval; four great grandchildren; sister Beverly (Ken) Khron; sister-in-law Gladys Cornelison; nieces Shelly Smith, Linda Abeyta and Colleen Lucero, and nephew Roy Smith; as well as her extended family members and friends. Her Mass of the Resurrection will be at 10:00 am, on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Our Lady of the Meadows, with burial to follow at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
