Didn't know John well but well enough that he seemed to never stop smiling. I graduated from LC High in 1953. My folks owned the Edge O' Town Motel across the railroad tracks in South Lake City,, on the way to Winona. John was working at a gas station just across the tracks toward Rochester. Sorry to hear he has traveled the road to his home prepared for him by our Lord and Savior. A road we must all travel sooner or later. Keep on "smiling" John.
