Juanita O Crespin

She moved to Las Animas Colorado with her family when she was a young girl. This is where she met her Husband, Robert W. Crespin. They were married in 1973. They moved to Grand Junction, Colorado in the 1980s and raised their family. Robert passed away in July of 2013.

Jean loved to garden. She had the most beautiful garden, due to her green thumb. She was always willing to help someone in need. Her favorite past time was playing with her grandchildren and spur of the moment road trips with them for a family picnic. She loved the outdoors.

For many years Jean worked at the Department of Human Services. She loved her job, as it allowed her to help many families. She retired from the Department of Human Services after a 20+ year career.

Jean is survived by 2 sisters and 1 brother; her children, Julie Racine (Gordon), Jason Crespin (Heather), Seth Crespin, Basil Crespin (Rose) and Reuben. She has 8 Grandchildren. Stacy, Anthony, Kayli, Jack, Spencer, Isaiah, Zachary and Delaney; and 1 great grandchild, Gabriel.

A brief service and viewing will be held at George McCarthy Funeral Home Friday, November 22, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., then a burial in Las Animas cemetery after. There will be a memorial service at a later date in Grand Junction, Colorado.
