Karen Edith Leasure

Karen was preceded in death by her parents Howard Thane Leasure and Joyce Marie Leasure (Fink); brother Timothy Howard Leasure; son Jason Michael Leasure and granddaughter Karah AnnMarie Medina. As well as her life long friend Yvonne Martinez.

Karen is survived by her daughter Jamie (Kody) Leasure; son Jeff (Chantelle) Jaber; sisters Valerie Dilley, Mary Leasure, Julie (Chris) Westerman; brothers Charles Leasure and Daniel Leasure; grandchildren Donovan, Ambyrlynn, Kaylee, Caleb, Davien, Laylah, Reece, Amariah and Dakota; great-grandchildren Jordan and Abrielle; and long time friends Terry Wheeler and Cindy Lopez.

Karen enjoyed being with her kids and grandkids, going to Cripple Creek and the library, modeling (pre-kids) and of course enjoying a glass of ice cold Pepsi. She liked having peace and tranquility just sitting by the river or going to the riverwalk and baking in the sun covered in baby oil. She was a very thoughtful, giving person and worked hard her whole life. She received her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration in 2017 which she was very proud of.
