Kirk Elliott Williams

Kirk was born on November 11th, 1956, in Pueblo, Colorado. He was a beloved son, grandson, brother, cousin, uncle, nephew and friend to many. He is preceded in death by father Jimmy Williams and grandparents Wallace and Hazel Elliott. Survived by mother Lorraine Williams, brothers Chris Williams (wife Keiko) and Jamie Williams, sister Julie Williams-Cipriani (husband Tom), nieces Christina Kent, Carole Williams Shrader and Dylan Williams-Cipriani, nephew Riley Williams-Cipriani, and stepmother Carole Garrett Williams. He will be deeply missed by a large extended family and community of friends as well. Kirk was a creative soul and talented handy-man; he had the ability to fix anything, often for free, and was a highly skilled painter as well. His talents were in high demand and he brought beauty to everything he touched. He was a life-long athlete and excelled in many sports. He had an adventurous spirit and travelled the world with gusto, but he always called Pueblo his home. One of his dearest traits was his love for animals, always a treasured dog by his side. Kirk gave his all in every aspect of his life. His selflessness was unmatched. Kirk was a very active member of First Presbyterian Church in Pueblo. He was a past deacon and Stephen Minister, offering care and compassion to all, and active in the choir and men’s ministries. As a kind and gentle soul, he helped others in whatever way he could. His celebration of life and resurrection will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 220 W 10th St on Saturday, September 8th at 10:00 am.
