He was a proud veteran of the military, serving in the US Army. He was also a proud member of the Pueblo ELKS Lodge. Les was a good man who put others first. He was a “worry wart” who even at the end was worried about others. He will be sadly missed, and joyfully remembered by all who knew him. Viewing, 4-5 p.m., Sunday; and Funeral Services, 2 p.m., Monday, January 20, 2014, both to be held at TG McCarthy Funeral Home. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. Special thanks to Sangre de Cristo Hospice, especially Jeff Dowd; also, Monica Pacheco, Diana Rivas and Amy Valasquez for all you’ve done. Online condolences at www.tgmccarthy.com.
