Lydia Elizabeth Frank passed away on April 23, 2016. She is survived by her children Kim (Doug),Bill (Ali), and Lisa (John); six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Willard Frank and her son David Frank. Lydia was a loving Christian mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. She loved having friends and relatives visit her.
