Margaret Louise Bachik, 90, born to the union of Enoch and Catherine Wirth on August 13, 1923 in Pueblo, passed away May 19, 2014. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, George S. Bachik and her parents, and sisters, Monica (John) Whitten, Betty (Barney) Barnhart, Alice (Paul) Biggi, and brother, John Wirth. Daughter, Maxine (Richard) Golenda and son, George (Gayle) Bachik; grandchildren, David (Jeanette) Golenda, Cheryl Golenda, Cyndi (Ken) Leuer, Aaron (Alexis) Bachik, Kristen (Chris) Link. Also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Margaret was an avid antique collector, a member of the Steel City Doll Club, Eagle’s #145 and traveled around the world on several occasions and went on many cruises with her husband George. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. Viewing, Thursday, 4-6 p.m., at the funeral home. Funeral Mass, Friday, 11 a.m., Holy Family Church. Interment, Imperial Memorial Gardens. There will always be an empty spot in your heart, but her spirit is always with you. My prayers and thoughts are with you. I could not make the funeral Mass due to my own surgery, but my thoughts were with you. God bless and keep you in the palm of his hand.
