Margaret Chavez, 80, passed away Oct. 27, 2011. She is predeceased by her husband, Cardenio Chavez; her daughter Sue Anne Rodriguez; sons, Felix and Joseph Ortega; and her brother, Richard Ortega. Survived by children, Patricia Chavez, Denver, Orlando Chavez and John Morado, both of Pueblo; numerous grand and great grandchildren and other relatives. She was a former member of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church. Memorial service 2pm Tuesday, George McCarthy Chapel. In lieu of food and flowers, donations may be made to Sangre de Cristo Hospice.
