I will always remember Margaret's  gracious smile and warm welcome when I would visit Otto at thier home on Carteret.  I always felt welcome and hope to extend such grace and hospitality in a similar manner to others as she did.  I will miss her. Her teachings will be remembered and cherished.  My condolences to Otto (Steve) and the Ottersberg family and friends.

Your mother was an amazingly strong yet gentle woman.  I have always thought kindly of her and your entire family and I am so sorry for your loss.

Our deepest sympathy to Margaret's entire family.  She was such a wonderful person and such a lady.  She was beautiful inside and out.  She was so very proud of her children and all of their accomplishments, as well as all of her grandchildren and extended family.  She will be sorely missed by all. When I heard the news that Margaret had passed I experienced several things. First I was sad and thought about how much we are all going to miss her. She was such an amazing woman and inspiration to us all. I felt as if I had lost a member of my family. I certain her caregivers, Sarah,and Carmen felt the same. Then I felt glad for her and said a brief prayer that she be joined with her loved ones that have passed. 
The other thing I felt was a deep appreciation for having the honor of her being in our care here at Visiting Angels. Our lives are all richer having known her. We will miss you Margaret. Our very best to all of the Ottersberg family at this time of loss. You are in our thoughts.

My sincere condolences, your mom was a truly amazing woman, a true friend to the Smith clan. She always had a smile and a gracious 'hello' whenever I ran into her; the memories we would share standing in the produce department at the grocery store, from kids in grade school to grown adults and families. What a wonderful caring person, she always express her best wishes for Dad.  She will be missed by the Smith's.

My deepest condolences to the family.  I have loved Margaret for so many years and know she is resting peacefully with her loved ones and the God she loved so dearly.  What an inspiration Margaret was to me in my lifetime.

My sincere condolences to the Ottersberg family.  Margaret was one of the most generous and kind souls I've know.  Throughout her later years, I believe she suffered greatly from the illnesses and loss of her oldest son and her husband but I never heard her complain.  Her resilience and strength were amazing.  My husband and I won't be able to attend the services but my thoughts and prayers will be with the family this weekend.  We will be giving a gift to the cancer society in her name as this disease has afflicted many members of our Rea family.

I am deeply saddened to hear of the loss of Ms. Margaret.  Although I was one of her caregivers for a short time, she made a great impact on me.  I am blessed to have known her.  She was a very special lady. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

My family and I will always have fond memories of Aunt Margaret. I was fortunate to be able to spend a lot of time with her and my cousins throughout the years having lived in Kansas and Colorado. I always looked forward to seeing her great smile and hear her laughter. She was such a big influence on my life, I'll miss her. The best memories were all the camping trips with our parents and the stories that came from them.

Margaret was an amazing woman and lived an amazing life. We were very fortunate to know her and she will be missed by many. Our condolences the entire family.
