Margarete Carpio passed away July 2, 2026. Margarete was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 55 years, Joe M. Carpio; her parents Wilhelm & Aloisia Wiederman; son-in-law, Darrell Ewing. Survived by her daughter, Rita; granddaughter, Erica Garcia; two great grandsons, William & Dante; and three great, great grandchildren; and nephews, Robert (Bobby) Miranda and Ollie Cromer. Funeral Mass will be at 10 AM, Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at St. Leander Catholic Church. Graveside service will follow after mass at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
