Marleen “Marns” F. Velasco, 79, passed away on July 25, 2026. She was a loving, caring, and compassionate woman whose gentle spirit touched everyone who knew her. Marleen found a deep passion for genealogy, dedicating countless hours to preserving family history and honoring the stories of those who came before her. She was a devoted mother to her sons, Todd Velasco and Talby (Christie) Velasco, and a proud grandmother to Joshua Velasco, who brought her immense joy. Marleen is survived by her sisters, Carol (Brice) Severence and Trudy Beisner, and her brothers, Tom (Paige) Morrow and Jerry Morrow. She was preceded in death by her mother Kathleen C. Melvin, her father Murl C. Morrow, and her brother Darrell D. Morrow.
