

Marsh “Potts” Pottorff, 94, took his final ride on October 7, 2012. He is predeceased by his first wife, Lucille and second wife, Sue; son, Buster; and ten siblings. Potts is survived by children, Earl Pottorff of Savanah, NY, and Jerilou Des Lauriers; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; special friends, Karen Loya and Ryan Hilfiger; and many, many friends and pool shooting buddies. He loved to shoot pool, build and design motorcycle engines, race motorcycles 2 to 3 times a week, winning hundreds of races. When he was 70 years old, he won a motorcycle race that was from Albany, NY to Denver. Potts had the honor of winning the National Drags for three consecutive years and was also listed in the Guinness Book of Word Records. A Celebration of Life for Potts will be held at 7 pm, Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Big Daddy’s Sports Bar & Billiards, 4111 Club Manor Dr, Pueblo, CO.
