Martha Ellen Gomez

Martha Ellen Gomez, 84, passed away July 16, 2018 in Fowler, CO. Martha was born on June 9, 1934. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Richard Gomez, Vern Revia, Arthur Molyneux and Alan Mabrey; parents, Willie Griggs and Ellen Wicklund; brother, James Griggs and sister, Virginia Smith. She is survived by brothers, Willie Griggs, Bob (Kathy) Griggs, Phillip (Kathy) Griggs, Tom (Kathy) Griggs and Jack Griggs; four daughters, Donna (Tim) Chrisman, Dianna (Byron) Gookin, Debbie (Bob) Thurston, and Roberta Jean Molyneux; one son, Ralph (Angel) Molyneux; stepson, Steve; two stepdaughters, Rebecca (Lee) Jensen and Michelle (Tony) Shadbolt; numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren; grandchildren; Tina (Johnny) Pace, Gweneth Hudson, Tomaleah Gray, Cherry Williams, Dove Smith, Karen Roush, Krista Brewer, Joshua Molyneux, Melissa Molyneux, Josiah Molyneux, Amanda Molyneux, Joseph Molyneux, Chris Davis, Stephanie Davis, and Geoffrey Davis. She also has 18 great-grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild. Martha overcame a difficult childhood and a challenging life, living most of the time in the Pueblo, Colorado area. She loved her Lord and had unwavering faith and dedication to God. She loved to share her faith and faced her last few weeks with the calm assurance that she would soon be in the presence of Christ. Viewing is at 8:30 a.m., followed by service at 9:30 a.m., Monday, July 23, 2018 at Faith Baptist Church, Fowler, CO.
