Mary Jane Prutch, sunrise May 5, 1927 - sunset March 7th 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband Sam Prutch, son Sam Prutch, daughter Patty Jo (Gordon) Allen, parents Pete and Frances (Sagona) Panepinto, In-laws Carlo and Mary (Prutch) Puccio. Mary Jane is survived by sister Josephine Welch; Children Diane Prutch, Jim (Sally) Prutch, Peter (Dave) Prutch, Joe (Renee) Prutch, Fred (Janice) Prutch and Gerry Prutch; 20 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Mary Jane was a strong, loving and caring mother who loved her family dearly. She cooked spaghetti every Sunday for the family. She volunteered at St. Mary Corwin Hospital, taught catechism at Holy Family Church, was past Madame President of Eagles 145, sang at nursing homes until the age of 88, and was a member of the Red Hat Ladies. She helped with bingo at the Eagles and co-owned an insurance agency. Most importantly she always took care of her family. She will be greatly missed as will her helpful advice. We thank Life Care Center for taking good care of her. The family will be receiving guests Monday, March 12, from 5-7 at Imperial Funeral Home.
