Mary Jo always had the best sense of humor and a wonderful laugh. She had funny stories and always lived life her way, She shared her love of music and movies with us, and when the Cubs won the World Series, well, you know how much she loved that! I know her greatest treasure in this life was her daughter. Mary Jo always glowed when she talked about Jamie, and Mary Jo will live on through her. Blessings to Jamie and her family. Rock on Mary Jo!

Thanks to Jamie for the call. Loved to get call from Mary Jo. It meant a good hour of conversation. She always had good memories and had a photographic memory. She'd tell me the date we did something and who did what. I'll miss her so much. We had such fun in school.

Mary Jo and I met when we were in grade school in Ordway. She could tell you the exact date and time, as she had an amazing memory for those details. I don't, but I can tell you that we were life long friends. She was always ready for fun, and had a great sense of humor. Her life wasn't long enough. She put up a good fight, and faced the end with grace and dignity. I'll miss my life-long friend more than I can say. She was an extraordinary mom. My sincere sympathy to Jamie and her family.
