Born in Denver, Colorado on December 30, 1947, she was the daughter of Charles Raymond Scott and Icil Ferne Baker Scott. She graduated from Woodlin High School in 1965. Scotti attended Northeastern Junior College in Sterling, Colorado. She was employed at Spartan Energy Tubulars in Colorado and was an Office Manager at Brittany Builders in Evergreen, Colorado, where she retired.
Scotti was very devoted to her Christian Faith. She enjoyed cooking, hosting friends and family in her home, camping, riding ATVs and riding her bicycle. She also loved her many Huskies, which were always part of her family. Scotti will be greatly missed and will be remembered for her kindness, spunkiness, and her fun spirited personality.
Scotti and Joe’s love story began when they met at Northeastern Junior College. Though many years had passed and due to circumstances of the time, Joe, Scotti, and their child Lisa, all lived separate lives. After years of searching, Scotti and Lisa reunited when Lisa was an adult. Decades passed, and unexpectedly, Scotti reunited with her college sweetheart, and Lisa met her father, Joe, for the first time. Shortly after that, Scotti and Joe were married after decades of living separate lives. Ultimately, all three of their paths, Scotti, Joe, and Lisa, merged to have a few but very special, loving years together.
