

Nadine L. Morton, 94, born in Lime, CO, to Aubrey and Lillian Ruspini on March 5, 1919; passed away September 9, 2013, in Pueblo West, CO. Nadine was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Harley; sister, Audrey (Billy) Dasbach; brother-in-law, Roland Evans. She is survived by her children, Judy (Jack) Haley, Don (Carol) Morton, Pat Morton (Kathy Archibald); grandchildren, Sean (Kathleen) Haley, Kari Haley, Jeff (Missy) Morton, Kristin (Alphie) Kottenstette, Bobby (Sarah) Mayes, Amy Mayes, Sara Morton (Alex Millkey), Jesse (Brittany) Morton; 22 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Nola (David) Reid and Kathleen Evans; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Nadine was a member of the Marianist Affiliates and Alpha Mu Delta. She attended Centennial High School; was in the first graduating class of Pueblo Jr. College; and graduated from Colorado State Teachers’ College. She lived fourteen years in Taos, NM, where everyone knew her as “Gramma.” Viewing will be 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, at TG McCarthy Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m., Thursday, September 12, 2013, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Pueblo West; followed by interment at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
