Nicholas David Carpenter went to be with his Lord and Savior April 17, 2012. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Earl and Emma Francis Carpenter, and his uncle, Billy Carpenter. Left behind to cherish his memory are his parents, David and Lisa Carpenter; sisters, Jennifer and Rebekah; brothers, Alex Carpenter and Robert Berry; grandmother, Donna Pearce; grandfather, Clyde Pearce; numerous other relatives and special friends, including Jordan, Chad, Bruce and Megan. Nicholas attended Centennial High, Pueblo Tech Academy, and Pikes Peak Community College. Nicholas loved music, and was a very talented pianist. He also enjoyed creating blown glass jewelry and roses. He rode a mean dirt bike, and was always a leader. He had a heart of gold, and would help anyone he could. He also loved the Lord, and even through his struggles he always kept sight of what mattered most. His life touched so many others. He was loved and will be missed more than he could have ever imagined. We’ll be with you again someday. Visitation, 5- 9 p.m. Saturday. Memorial service 1pm Monday, Praise Assembly of God.
