Lucia Leonor “Nora Lucy” Duran, 92, passed away on Dec. 13, 2020 in Pueblo, CO. Nora was born in Ocate, NM on Feb. 13, 1928 to Fidel Arguello and Maria Refugio Pacheco. She was adopted and raised by her Aunt, Maria Rufina Pacheco and Salome Vigil. She married Leo Duran on Sep. 6, 1947. Her parents and husband precede her in death as do her siblings, Tony, Arthur, and Silviano Arguello, Delia Lucero and Clara Scott. She is survived by her sons, Larry Duran and Gene (Mary Lou) Duran as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and extended family. Nora enjoyed camping and traveling in the motor home with Leo and her boys, trips to Las Vegas and Cripple Creek. She spent her summers watching the Rockies play, rarely missing a game. Her greatest joy was raising her boys and taking care of her grandchildren. She touched many lives and will be forever loved and deeply missed by all who knew her.
