Our hearts go out to the Estrada family. Norm was such a good friend and person. My husband, I and our children considered him family. He always had a smile, a joke to tell and was such a joy to all around him. He always made us feel special and took time to see we were taken care of. Thank you Norm for being OUR salesman, our friend and part of our family. God bless you friend and we'll see you on the other side!

Sending condolences to the family as Normand was a great family friend to us all. Our family loved him and he will be missed. I loved going to the car dealership and taking him a cold drink and talking with him and my dad. Memories I will always treasure.

What a shock to hear this sad news! Norm has been my "crutch" for many years, especially since my husband passed away in 1999. My husband and I bought many cars from Norm over the years, and I have continued to purchase vehicles from Norm since my husband passed away. Anytime I had a question or a problem concerning my vehicle, Norm was always there to help me out. Norm had an extensive following of customers at whatever dealership he was at -- the reason? He was always there for his customers -- past and present ones. He didn't just sell a car to someone -- he was there for his customers throughout the ownership of that vehicle. Pueblo, the auto sales industry, and his family have lost a great person, and YOU WILL TRULY BE MISSED!! God took you away from us way too soon. Rest in peace, my friend.
