With the heaviest of hearts, Haley and Brandon share the unimaginable loss of their sweet boy, Owen, who passed away on April 14, 2026.

From the very beginning, Owen was pure light. He had a spirit full of life, love, and laughter that was truly contagious. He brought joy so effortlessly to everyone he met, and there was something undeniably special about him—you could feel it the moment he entered a room.

Owen was the center of our world, our greatest joy, and the deepest love we have ever known. His hugs were the kind you never wanted to let go of, and his smile could soften even the hardest days. Every moment with him was a gift we will forever cherish.

Though his time here was far too short, the love he gave will last a lifetime. He leaves behind a space that can never be filled, but also a love that will never fade. We will carry him with us always—in every heartbeat, every memory, and every quiet moment where we still feel him near.

Owen is survived by his loving parents, Haley and Brandon; his grandparents, Stephanie and Bill Peacock, Betty and Mark Simmons; his great-grandmother, Linda Purcell; and his uncles, Dustin (Whitney) Simmons, Tyler (Amy) Simmons, Jordan (Brittney) Simmons, Micah Payne, Garrett Larkin, and Clayton (Larissa) Peacock, along with many cousins who will forever hold him in their hearts.

A celebration of Owen’s life will be held on April 27, 2026 at 12:30 p.m., with a reception to follow.

In honor of Owen and the light he brought into this world, we ask that guests do not wear black or blue. Jeans are welcome. Rather than mourning, we invite all who attend to celebrate his beautiful life and the joy he gave so freely.

And if you listen closely—in laughter, in sunshine, in the quiet in-between moments—you’ll still find him there… reminding us to love bigger, laugh louder, and hold each other a little tighter.
