In retirement, she enjoyed cooking spaghetti dinners benefiting the Heart Fund and other charities supported by the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary. Polly was affectionately known to many as “Nani” and her greatest legacy is her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, whom were the fortunate recipients of her unselfish and unconditional love. Polly’s children would like to thank the nurses and staff at Pueblo Life Care Center for the care their mother received.
