Rafael and Jill, we should have brought by more chocolate donuts for Rafael! God bless Rafael he was always so friendly to us and our dogs on walks around the neighborhood. We are happy to know you both, great neighbors! Thank you!

I was truly saddened to hear of the passing of Rafael. I have fond memories of Rafael and Norman during my time in Pueblo. We certainly had some fun times at Centennial High School and just running around having fun in Pueblo. My brother Lary sends his condolences as well. Rest in Peace my friend.

I worked with Rafael at King Soopers in Pueblo in the late 70s.   He was also a big part of our friends group and our annual fishing trip to Taylor Park Reservoir !  Rafael was a humble , gentle soul , always smiling , laughing and having fun !!  And just a great guy !!  
He will be missed !!

My brother Troy  and I fondly remember Rafael from our childhood. Our father Rudy often took us to the Tancioco home and we have many memories of spending time with the whole family including “Uncle Alex” and “Auntie Mons” as we called them as well as Rafael, Norman, Susan and Bill.
