

Bob Walters, 89, passed away July 8, 2014; born June 19, 1925, in Pueblo. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Jean, who passed November 11, 2010. Bob and Jean were married 64 years, and were Centennial High School sweethearts. Bob served in the Navy 3 years in WWII as an electrician. He worked at the CF & I Steel Mill Electric Dept. for 39 years. He is survived by his 3 daughters, Linda (Mike) Lenhart, Susan (Rick) Bloomer and Patricia (Greg) Millard; 7 grandchildren, Amy (Rusty), Kim (Todd), Kurt (Erin), Jeff (Dee), Kerri, Sarah, Mark; great-grandchildren, Chad, Lauren, Kendall, Noah, Cole, Ella, Jack, Elijah, Jacob; “special pet,” Cookie. Bob was a devoted husband and father. There will be a private burial service, where his cremated remains will be inurned with Jean. A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, July 11, 2014, at Central Christian Church.
