Rose M Morris

Rose Marie “Babe” Morris, 94, passed away August 22, 2014 at Sharmar Care Center, born September 20, 1919 in Pueblo, Colorado. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mark Morris; parents, John and Carluta Ferraro; brothers, Anthony “Spud” Ferraro, and Sam Ferraro. Rose is survived by her sister-in-law, Aline Ferraro; nieces and nephews, Susan (Kenny) Cuchiara, John (Jamie) Ferraro, Pam (Linus) Fortier, Linda Jordan, Cherry (Ron) Ebeling, Markae Rupp, Gene Helmick, Peggy Morris, Joy (Chuck) Applegate and Dixie Helmick; special friends, Jane and Lee Bongirno, as well as numerous cousins. She was a member of St. Joseph Church for many years, and worked for the Pueblo Ordinance Depot, Social Security Administration and later retired from the Federal Government (IRS). In lieu of food and flowers donation may be made to the B-24 Museum. Visitation will be held from 3pm to 7pm, Monday, August 25, 2014 at George McCarthy Funeral Home. Funeral service, 2pm, Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at St. Joseph Church with interment to follow at Roselawn Cemetery.
