I remember my second cousin Roy Ray as a very loving, caring and full of life person! I was not around him very much, but I always did enjoy being with him when I was around him!

so sorry to learn of Roy's passing. Like everyone at Blue Mesa lake, I knew Roy for approx. 20 years. He was always upbeat and lots of fun to be around. My sympathies to Roy's family, he will be missed by many.

Knew Roy at CMHIP and also at Blue Mesa where he enjoyed fishing.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this sad time.  But think of the rejoicing going on in Heaven!  May God grant you peace and comfort....Pam(Stanton) & Skip Caldwell

Woorked with Roy at CMHIP. He was a good boss and very concerned about hs workers and their families.  He would do anything he could for his workers that he could.  I will miss him!!

Roy always put other people first and I was lucky enough to be one of those people. He will be sorely missed but his love, laughter and kindness will not soon be forgotten.
