Roy L. Shure, 87, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2023. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Ila Mae; children Cathy (Gary, deceased) Amendola, Lori (Jay) Youngren, Michael (Karen) Shure, Sandy Shure (Mike Allen); 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Roy retired from the Pueblo Police Department after 30 years. He was a die hard Yankee fan, belonged to the Eagles #145, enjoyed playing cards, trips to Cripple Creek and Las Vegas. Roy was an avid bowler for over 60 years. He will be sadly missed. Graveside service Saturday, May 20 at 11am at Mountain View Cemetery, Acero entrance (casual sportswear). Gather at the family home following the service.
