

Tina Garcia, born August 15, 1943, in Alamosa, Colorado, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was one of eight siblings, growing up with three sisters and four brothers who always remained an important part of her life.
Tina shared 62 wonderful years of marriage with her devoted husband, Eloy P. Garcia. Together, they built a beautiful family, raising their children Antionette Garcia, Amery Perez (Ray), Ann Gonzales, and Mario Garcia. Later, cherishing their nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Tina found great strength and purpose in her beliefs. In 1974, she and her family were sealed for time and all eternity in the Provo Utah Temple, a sacred milestone that reflected her deep devotion to family and faith.
Tina had a deep love for cooking and found great joy in preparing meals that brought her family together. She also enjoyed listening to music, especially Motown Oldies and Mexican classics that filled her home with warmth and culture. Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her immediate family, as she opened her heart and home as a foster mother to many children over the years.
Above all, Tina will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family and her selfless nature as a caregiver. Her kindness, strength, and compassion touched many lives, and her legacy will live on through all who knew and loved her.
She will be deeply loved, missed and forever remembered.
