Valentine Shippley, 96, passed away October 29, 2012. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty, parents Valentine and Philys Shippley and his brother Ben Shippley. Valentine is survived by his daughter Carmela (Rafael) Vigil; son Arthur Shipley; grandchildren Valentina Vigil, Chalcey (Eric) Albrecht, Joddy Shipley, Anna Shipley; nephews John Shippley and Rudy Shippley and numerous other nieces nephews and other relatives. Valentine was a POW in WWII and retired from the Pueblo Army Depot. Viewing will be Monday November 5, 2-6pm at Imperial Funeral Home. Funeral mass, 10:00am Tuesday November 6, 2012, St. Joseph Church with interment to follow at Imperial Memorial Gardens.
