Virginia M Carter, 87, passed away peacefully Sept. 27, 2017. Preceded in death by her husband Robert Wayne Carter. Survived by sons Gary (Sue) Carter and Rob (Sandy) Carter, and grandchildren Randy (Andrea) Carter, and Bobbi Carter. Virginia was a long time member of PEO and a 40 year driver for Meals On Wheels. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. The family requests the omission of food and flowers. Donations may be made in Virginia’s name to the Rocky Mountain Council of Boy Scouts of America.
