Vivian Workman

December 12, 1927 – December 20, 2025

Vivian Fae Workman was born December 12, 1927 and peacefully went to be with the Lord at the age of 98 on December 20, 2025.

Vivian was born in Pueblo, Colorado to Angelo and Fannie Massaro. She had a brother who died as a child. So she became an only child of a large Italian family and was the only girl and very spoiled. She had many aunties and uncles who doted on her as a child.

She is survived by two sons Randy (Jody) Workman and Todd (Kathleen) Workman, five grandchildren, Randi Lynn Workman, Nikki (Curtis) Lee, Lea Workman, Amy (Corey) Kugler, Glenn (Katie) Workman. She had five great grandchildren, Sage, Sofiya, Kay, Renzo and Naomi.

Vivian worked most of her life. She was a cosmetologist, and also took blood at a doctors office, when she was younger. She was so proud of the time she took a trip with the girls driving all the way to Canada before she was married. She earned her own money to do that. She stayed home while raising two wonderful men almost on her own, as her husband traveled for his job. In her later years, Vivian was always taking care of children. She had daycare out of her home, worked at Central Christian Church Daycare, and also rocked babies at Parkview Hospital, but what she loved the most was taking care of her 5 grandchildren. She was a caring loving grandmother. She loved each of her grandchildren with all her heart. She could always tell a story about each of them and just laugh with her beautiful laugh until she cried. Her laugh was contagious.

She was raised as a Catholic and attended St. Leander and Christ the King Parish and was a member of the Auxiliary Eagles #145. You could find her most Saturday nights dancing the night away at the Eagles. She could really put a move on, on the dance floor. We all have precious memories of her dancing.

She lived a full and beautiful life that was blessed by her loving family and friends.
