Wayne S. Spangler

Wayne S. Spangler 85, born May 12, 1928, went to be with the Lord May 4, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents; 3 siblings; and his wife of 37 years, Edna Mae. Wayne is survived by his brother, Ronald of Denver; children, Deb (Fred) Efird, Nancy Spangler, Ken Spangler, Jim (Chris) Spangler; 4 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous adopted grandchildren; nieces, nephews and friends. Wayne proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and also served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He later retired from the CF&I Steel Mill with 37 years of service. He also enjoyed fishing with his son-in-law, Fred.
