She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on March 27, 1941, worked for the Hazelwood School District in Missouri, her parents were the late Fredrick Homer and Louise Christine Estes Gilbert, she is preceded in death by grandson, Michael Shane Bahr.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at 3PM at the Carr & Erwin Funeral Home.

Survivors are: daughters, Debra Miles of Florissant, MO, Tina Stevens of Pulaski, TN, Kim Haller and husband Scott of St. Peters, MO, brothers, William Gilbert of Florissant, MO, Larry Gilbert and Gary Boivin both of Pulaski, TN, Terry Gilbert of TN, 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
