Bobby Erwin

Bobby was born September 6, 1939 in the Bunker Hill community to Sanford Maize and Thelma M. Watson Erwin. He was an active member of First Baptist Church in Pulaski, the Lions Club, a 32nd Degree Mason of Masonic Lodge No. 101, F.& A.M., a Shriner, and avid high school, college, and pro football fan. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Tommy Erwin.

Visitation will be Sunday November 9, 2014 from 1 until 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Pulaski. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday November 10, 2014 at First Baptist Church with interment in Giles Memory Garden.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund, 408 S 1st Street, Pulaski, TN 38478, or to Special Kids in honor of Spina Bifida, 2208 E Main Street, Murfreesboro, TN 37130.

Survivors include his wife Evelyn Erwin of Pulaski, son Robert Erwin, Jr. and wife Cami of Prospect, daughter Julie Howell and husband Tim of Nashville, brother James Erwin and wife Sherri of Pulaski, step sons Stevie “Silas” Phillips of Minor Hill, Jon Phillips and wife Leanne of Pulaski, step daughters Michelle Pigg and husband Bobby of Pulaski, Dana Bailey of Decaturville, TN, nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and “special sister” Dixie Holt and husband Bud of the Pisgah community.
