Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Friday March 29, 2013 at Maplewood Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Gene Fralix, grandmother Delories Emiline Phillips and one uncle Ronald Phillips.
Survivors include his mother Amy Sue Fralix, father David Bryan Phillips, one sister Sara Beth Fralix, grandmother Betty Sue Fralix, grandfather Elwood Richard Phillips and wife Karen, uncle Chris Campbell “Spiderman”.
